Return Policy

At Cassandra De Souza Art, each artwork is created and packaged with great care. Because many items are made in small batches or are original works, the following return policy applies.

Original Paintings

All original artwork sales are final.

If your original painting arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photographs of the packaging

  • photographs of the damaged artwork

A replacement, repair, or refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Fine Art Prints, Postcards & Greeting Cards

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Keep all original packaging

  2. Photograph the package and artwork immediately

  3. Email within 48 hours of delivery

Shipping Delays

Once parcels are shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the postal carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist with tracking and support.

Art Mail Club

Art Mail Club subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle. Due to the limited and collectible nature of each release, mailed shipments are non-refundable once dispatched.
