All artwork images are photographed carefully to represent colour and detail as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen settings and the handmade nature of artwork, slight variations may occur.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Cassandra De Souza unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are processed within the stated processing times listed on each product page.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

Limited Availability

Many artworks and collections are released in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.

The Art Mail Club is intentionally limited to maintain a small and thoughtful collector experience.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or misuse of the website.
